AIRCOM offers in-house, engineering design, custom fabrication experience, and on-hand steel inventory allowing us to handle projects of any size as one stop solution.

Our fabrication facilities have close working relationships with local galvanizing and painting facilities, further controlling the process to obtain preferred scheduling of the end product.

We offer a wide range of fabrication capabilities from simple angles to medium roof top ballast to high end tall towers including self supported and monopole towers. Our facilities have capabilities from end shear, forming, punching, milling, turning, and laser cuttings. Every tower or part we fabricate meets S37 tower standards.

Specializing in GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG welding, and proud member of the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). We are certified in accordance with CSA Standard W47.1 for fusion welding of Stainless and Carbon Steel as well as Standard W47.2 for fusion welding of Aluminum.

With over 20 CNC Machines, we can produce small run, precision parts with high tolerances in bulk orders. Using our 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, our skilled machinists can make turned and milled parts using a wide range of metal materials. Our in-house machinists and technicians allow us to manufacture part assemblies for larger jobs without time constraints or costs of having to subcontract parts to a third-party supplier.
